This notice covers the authcha.cloud website. It doesn't cover the Authcha product, which runs on your own infrastructure and whose data stays with you; see the security page for how the product handles data.
What this website collects
- No cookies, analytics or tracking. The site loads no third-party scripts, fonts or images.
- Server logs. Like most web servers, ours may record standard request information (IP address, time, page requested, browser user agent) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are kept for a limited period and not used for profiling.
- Currency preference. If you switch currency on the pricing page, your browser remembers the choice in local storage on your device. It is never sent to us.
When you contact us
The contact form doesn't submit data to our servers. It opens your own email app with a pre-filled message. If you send it, we receive your email like any other and use it only to reply and to follow up on your enquiry.
The live demo
The demo sandbox is shared and reset every 6 hours. Don't enter personal information into it. Standard server logs apply there too.
